BTC just broke below $60,000.
Most people are panicking. Iโm calm โ because Iโve seen this before.
Hereโs why I expect $40,000-$45,000 and why it will be the best buying opportunity of the year ๐งต
Visa's crypto head said this today on CNBC. Context on the "200%" figure: that's growth in the NUMBER of card programs โ from about 53 a year ago to 160+ now, roughly tripling. It's not the dollar amount growing 200% โ actual spending through these cards hit $91.3M/month by end of 2025, fast growth but still tiny next to Visa's $15T+ in total annual payments.
@coinbureau Only about $70M of the stolen funds has been recovered โ roughly $193M is still unaccounted for, even with the case fully prosecuted. The loss figure varies by source ($230Mโ$263M) depending on which Bitcoin price point itโs calculated at.
@cryptorover Daily RSI sits at 72.31 (overbought), and the key test is the $82Kโ83K zone, which price already touched once and pulled back from. Holding above it opens room toward $97K; losing $77K support unwinds the setup.
@cryptorover This โpredictionโ canโt actually be wrong โ no price target, no definition of โexplode,โ and a 3-year window. Bitcoin has had a major rally roughly every 4 years historically, so โpump sometime in the next 3 yearsโ is close to a guaranteed bet, not analysis.
Lummis has repeated this โpass now or wait until 2030โ warning since at least April โ May, July, and now September carried nearly the same line. The bill still hasnโt cleared the Senate floor. Meanwhile, BTC is up ~23% over the past month regardless, sitting near $80K โ the market isnโt waiting on Congress.
If the Clarity Act doesnโt pass this Congress, the next real opportunity to bring market structure legislation back up is 2030. Thatโs years of jobs, investment, and tax revenue we can avoid squandering if we finish this now.
