@ShutUpShow @linCappeGames @GailSimone Thanks for introducing me to the hobby, and some of my favourite games! Keep up the awesome work spreading the love of board games 🙂
@linCappeGames @GailSimone@ShutUpShow Same here! I still love their content but I have to take it with a pinch of salt just because my preferred mechanisms and game styles are quite different.
@425suzanne This reminds me of our ill-fated Descent 2e campaign that was utterly collapsed by the villain player's determination to find and argue every edge case, even when we as the hero team were already on a brutal losing streak.
If you're into tricky hand management, light area control or a dark humour theme, then definitely check this one out!
We've been lucky enough to playtest it a few times and it's a real treat.
OUR LAUNCH DATE IS MAY 31ST!!! 😮😮😁😁
We're so excited to announce the Amulet of Thrayax Kickstarter launch date, as well as unveil our trailer!🗡🥳

Sad to see that the new Castles Of Burgundy could end up being a triple-sized box full of metal and minis.
Hopefully there's an option to get an affordable slim edition in the very pretty new style.
@AngryTetris @theskywasnohelp @AmabelHolland You get there after 14 hours of queueing and the speakers announce, "The compsognathus is now sleeping, please come back later".
@AngryTetris @theskywasnohelp @AmabelHolland Haha I like to imagine that the T-shirt says "DINOSAUR ISLAND" but the word "DINOSAUR" has been hastily crossed out with a marker pen.
@MinimumPlayerCt Honestly I might have already sold mine if my partner didn't like it so much. It's not a bad game but it wouldn't be my first or even second choice for tile-laying.
@MinimumPlayerCt It's a solid game that I enjoy enough to keep it, but I also sit in the camp of it being prettier than it is good. And in some cases the noisy, detailed art actually makes it harder for me to play it 😬
I worry that expansions will only amplify that problem...
