Well, I didn't have Labour down as sabre rattling, genocide enabling, migrant bashing, austerity pushing, NHS dismantling, billionaire backing bunch of soulless suits but here we are. More shit in the water please!
@David__Osland Yes, the council initially wanted to demolish the tower as it 'blighted the aesthetic of the surrounding area', but they had to revise their plans after the financial crash.
@VABVOX@BernieSanders Absolute rubbish. You might want to actually investigate what happened during Corbyn's tenure of the Labour Party instead of just regurgitating the misrepresentations of bad faith actors.
@verycentrist@CaraPac46808618 Over 90% of doctors in private practice have jobs as NHS consultants. You won't actually be tapping into much spare capacity by chucking money at private healthcare.
@marketplunger1 Helliconia trilogy - Brian Aldiss

@JamesHeartfield@johnmcdonnellMP From the New York Times: 'The military released fragments of drone video and declined to provide unedited footage, adding to the confusion around the series of events that killed and wounded many Gazans hoping to find food.'
Why not release the unedited footage?
@tonymc39 Ah yes, Labour got in there first for once. They normally drop their pledges after seeing what the Tories do. This time Labour had already said they'd not have the money for their green agenda. Obviously whatever you do, don't tax the rich. Britain needs more billionaires.
@TheIDSmiths All she has to do is apologise and then we can move on from the whole tawdry affair.
It's not her place to define what is and isn't racist. She's not the victim.
She might not be racist but so many of her supporters are.
Etc.
So Corbyn tweets a Percy Shelley poem and the thick centrists, believing it to be Jeremy's own work, lambast it. They're actually falling over themselves to get a pop in. At least we know where Starmer's Labour party stands when it comes to one of England's greatest poets. #thick
@JAsayuel That's straight from the Familysearch website. I'd love to know who verified it for them. It's well known in genealogy that tracing ancestors back to Roman times is virtually impossible and even anyone before the 17th C is highly speculative unless you have aristocratic lineage.
@JAsayuel 5 minutes on Google will show you that Familysearch isn't exactly a trusted site for genealogical accuracy.
I'm supposedly a direct descendent of Gandalf the Grey.
