The most dangerous belief in America today is that our freedom will somehow survive no matter how many of us refuse to defend it. November 3 is not just another election, but the political apathy I’m witnessing is staggering.
Too many Americans who claim to love this country seem perfectly comfortable gambling with its future because they assume there will always be another election, another opportunity, another way to undo the damage. History offers absolutely no such guarantee.
I don’t think enough people understand what happens once communism sinks its teeth into a country. It does not politely surrender power when its citizens realize they have made a terrible mistake. History has shown us that authoritarian governments consolidate control, dismantle institutions, silence opposition and systematically destroy the very freedoms that once allowed people to challenge them. By the time citizens understand what they have lost, elections may still exist on paper, but the freedom to choose may already be gone. You cannot assume you will always be able to vote your way out of a government that no longer respects your right to choose.
We cannot afford to repeat what happened at the southern border under Biden. If Democrats regain broad control of the federal government, we will see a push toward open-border policies and the mass legalization of illegal immigrants. If they take the House and the Senate, they will have the congressional power to advance that agenda. I can guarantee you that the push will not stop at legalization.
The goal is citizenship and, ultimately, a massive new voting bloc that I believe will do far more than reshape American politics. It will fundamentally transform the very character of this nation, the principles upon which our constitutional republic was founded, and the America our children and grandchildren will inherit.
Europe is a stark warning of what America could become if we follow the same path. Immigration policies, cultural divisions, and conflicts over national identity are reshaping entire societies, yet Americans behave as though our Constitution somehow makes us immune. It does not. A nation can keep its name, its flag, and its borders while losing the very identity that once defined it.
America is not just another country on the map. For generations, this nation has stood as one of the greatest defenders of individual liberty, constitutional government and the fundamental belief that people have the right to determine their own destiny. We have defended those principles far beyond our borders, sometimes at an extraordinary cost. If America loses the freedoms that made this country what it is, the consequences will not stop at our shores. If America falls, the rest of the world will soon fall with it.
That is why I find this apathy so absolutely incomprehensible. We inherited a country that generations before us fought, sacrificed and died to preserve. They endured wars, economic hardship and unimaginable personal losses because they understood that freedom was worth defending. Yet here we are, surrounded by people who speak endlessly about patriotism, faith, the Constitution and love of country, but cannot seem to grasp that those words mean very little without the responsibility that comes with them.
Freedom is not an inheritance that replenishes itself. It is something every generation must be willing to preserve, and once surrendered, there is no guarantee it will ever be returned.
But by all means, go ahead and sit this one out.
You may find yourself standing in line for a whole lot of things and sitting out a whole lot more than an election in the years ahead.
And when you’re wondering how the hell we got there, you can take comfort in knowing you did absolutely nothing to stop it.
I’m sure that will be tremendously comforting.
@AbdulElSayed Oh I guess mass amnesty and abolishing ICE are just part of the Constitution now too.🙄
Real convenient how your speech about loyalty to it doesn’t line up with any of the actual policies you’re running on, sweetheart.
@RadicallyRight_ I saw billboards for this asshole while traveling this week and just thought how far America has fallen and how we truly have forgotten 9/11.
Muslims should be barred from holding office and immigrating to the U.S
Denaturalize and send them all back - ALL OF THEM.
Today on Earth, an attack on King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, killed one person and injured eight. Flights were diverted. In a separate incident, falling debris following a drone attack killed two workers and injured two others at a Saudi Aramco facility. The United States ordered nonessential diplomats and some government employees’ families to leave Saudi Arabia.
In Yemen, the death toll from a Houthi missile attack on a government security training camp rose to 73, with more than 200 wounded and 14 people still missing. Britain said it would deploy Typhoon fighter jets to help defend Saudi Arabia.
The Houthis keep testing the region. The West keeps announcing defensive deployments. One side is working through a target list; the other is working through a press release.
Russian strikes across Ukraine killed four civilians, including two people over 80, and damaged homes, businesses and energy infrastructure. A subsequent attack on Kyiv injured six people before missiles struck the capital again early Thursday.
President Vladimir Putin agreed in principle to resume three-way negotiations with Ukraine and the United States next month. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv supports the talks. Russia also released retired American teacher Stephen Hubbard after holding him for more than four years.
Russia agreed to talks and kept firing. Diplomacy apparently comes with live-fire demonstrations.
French authorities prepared police and military reinforcements for another round of demonstrations after the country’s worst rioting in years. Approximately 2,500 people have been taken into custody, 917 referred for prosecution and 174 jailed. Investigators continued identifying suspects accused of looting businesses and attacking public buildings.
France’s 10-year government bond yield reached 5%, its highest level since 2002, as investors reacted to political instability, public disorder and concerns over the country’s finances.
The fires go out. The cleanup bill moves into the bond market.
The Ebola outbreak that began in Congo has spread to four other countries. Nigeria confirmed its first case in more than a decade after a woman tested positive in Abuja, and authorities began monitoring 44 identified contacts. Approximately 9,500 infections and more than 4,600 deaths have been reported in Congo. The strain involved has no approved vaccine or treatment.
El Salvador launched an operation to rescue four Salvadoran aviation technicians kidnapped by gangs in Haiti. The men were serving with the U.N.-backed international security force when their armored vehicle was attacked near Port-au-Prince.
North Korea said it was preparing to resume propaganda broadcasts along its border with South Korea. The announcement followed land-mine explosions that injured three South Korean soldiers.
In the United States, state officials prepared for the Justice Department to deploy approximately 1,000 election monitors for the November 3 midterms, roughly three times the number used during the previous midterm election. More than 16 million Americans have already voted.
On this day in 1962, President John F. Kennedy announced that American surveillance aircraft had discovered Soviet nuclear missile sites in Cuba, bringing the world into the Cuban Missile Crisis.
That was one day on Earth.
See you tomorrow. Same planet. The missiles are still moving faster than the peace talks. 🌎
A New Mexico judge just ordered Meta to pay $25 BILLION in a data privacy case.
That’s a pretty expensive reminder that Facebook knows more about you than your own mother.
And your mother doesn’t sell advertising. 🙄
This SOB wants us to believe he’s loyal to the Constitution while he spent years floating the idea of rewriting the Second Amendment into a right to free healthcare, then gets visibly pissed when anyone brings up the Muslim Brotherhood family connections his own half-sister posted about online years ago.
“No ties.” Sure.
Just the same guy who lectures voters that they don’t understand the Constitution after he disavows the group and then plays the dual loyalty victim card.
Michigan deserves better than the performance.
Benny, document EVERYTHING. Save your tickets, record every conversation, identify the NBA officials involved, and demand their explanation of this alleged “security threat” in writing. Then get a civil rights attorney to review potential religious discrimination and breach of contract claims.
If you were denied your courtside seats solely because of those two shirts, you may have grounds for legal action. Don’t just expose it. Challenge it in court.

I’m starting to think Elon Musk watches science fiction movies and treats them like a to-do list.
@Tesla_Optimus is entering early production, with equipment already installed for a planned capacity of ONE MILLION humanoid robots a year.
Robots designed to clean your house, do laundry, get groceries, work in factories, and eventually care for the elderly.
Remember Bicentennial Man with Robin Williams? I genuinely believe we’re going to see that kind of future in our lifetime.
And people still ask, “What does Elon Musk actually do?”
Rockets, Tesla, Starlink, Neuralink, AI, and now humanoid robots.
The better question is, what DOESN’T he do?
A Coruña, Spain. Today. Red flags everywhere. Same faces, same script. People show up to raise legitimate concerns about immigration, the numbers coming through Ceuta, and what is happening to their country, and the usual crowd arrives to silence them. Police charge, chairs go flying, and another Spanish city becomes the scene of political chaos.
And this isn't an isolated incident. It feels like every day there's another confrontation in another European city, with the same political divisions playing out in the streets.
I have family in Spain, and they're scared out of their wits, and frankly, I don't blame them. I've watched Spain change over the years. I remember spending summers there, safely walking through its cities, enjoying the culture, the people, and everything that made Spain unmistakably Spanish. Today, the demographic and cultural changes are impossible to ignore.
My concern isn't what someone wears on their head or where they were born. It's whether Spain's elected leaders are listening to their own citizens, enforcing their borders, and protecting the culture and way of life generations of Spaniards built.
And when ordinary people are treated like the enemy for asking those questions, something has gone terribly wrong.

So let me get this straight. Historic buildings are burning, cars are being torched, businesses are being destroyed, and French streets are descending into absolute chaos, and Macron wants to lecture everyone about AI-generated images? Seriously?
Limoges City Hall burned. Lyon's tourism office burned. The destruction is real but apparently, discussing artificial intelligence is easier than confronting what's happening in your own country.
@EmmanuelMacron the problem isn't what people are seeing, the problem is what's happening right in front of your eyes.
And perhaps the French people deserve a president more concerned with protecting their country than controlling the narrative.
