Imagine paying for food you never received and then getting nowhere with customer support. That's been my experience with Swiggy. Charging customers for undelivered items and refusing to properly resolve the issue is unacceptable. Very disappointing service. #Swiggy

Pathetic customer service from Swiggy. Being asked to pay for items that were never delivered is completely unacceptable. Support offered no meaningful resolution and kept repeating generic responses. Customers shouldn't have to fight for what they already paid for.
