Radloff Math classes are building classroom culture by utilizing community norms and instructional conversations. These math scholars are working in collaboration to complete a task.
During preplanning week, our lighthouse keepers showed a strong commitment to learning through a variety of engaging activities. One highlight was the Radloff Pride circle, where we explored the importance of creating space for scholars to connect—with each other and with us.
On July 25th, the community of lighthouse keepers came together to learn by doing—Instructional Conversations. This immersive professional learning served as a model for how daily classroom instruction should look.
