Tomorrow I handover @FOST to RAdm Will Warrender. It's been a huge privilege to serve in the @RoyalNavy for 35 years & to finish as FOST. I am so proud to have trained brilliant sailors & marines to give us a winning edge. That's me done on Twitter. Finished with main engines.

Great visit to @HMS_MONMOUTH yesterday to meet 'COST Heroes'. As we all agreed fighting a warship is a team effort where everyone is an essential cog in a complex gearbox. BZ - go well on operations. @RoyalNavy
