To have an authentic relationship of any kind you have to BE authentic.

You have to be real.
You have to let all of you out of the bag.

Hiding who you are and what you want will never create the conditions for big, bold epic love.

But being authentic absolutely will.

in the expression of who you truly are.

Authenticity is the foundation of intimacy, connection and all healthy relationships.

When people don’t know the real you, at best they can only love on the FAKE you-
which won’t feel real because YOU know the real you isn’t who they are choosing.

And so eventually it all collapses and crumbles.

Because nothing true can be built or sustained on a foundation of inauthenticity.

If someone thinks my weirdness, silliness, sassiness or fire is too much…that’s fine they’re welcome to go find less somewhere else.

But I won’t be watering myself down for approval and neither should you.

Be BOLD.
It’s how you know what and who is for you.

Loving big has never been and will never be the problem.

However, CHOOSING people
who have limited capacity to RECEIVE and an inability to RECIPROCATE…
that’s the problem.

But loving big? I promise, is not the issue.

Babe, the person leaving you on read is definitely not your soulmate.

Mixed signals are a clear signal something is off.

The person who is for you will not need to be convinced.

They won’t need to be chased. Pushed. Pulled. Or forced into the connection.

They don’t need to be convinced because they already are. They know.

When you’re playing a big game in life you don’t have time to play games in relationships.

When the full human is out of the bag that’s where things get real fun and interesting.

That’s where you can really create magic.

I will never again choose someone who isn’t in full approval of the fullness of me.

I’m dynamic.
I’ve got range.
I will not hide or mute or tone down the woman I have worked so hard to reclaim.

No relationship is ever worth losing yourself over.

No relationship is ever worth putting your dreams on the sidelines to be “reasonable”.

Honestly.
Live full out.

The people you can gush to about your wins, your creations and the things you’re most excited about,
who are able to meet you, amplify the excitement and celebrate your expansion are the best kinds of people.
Cherish them.
Appreciate them.
Keep those ones close.

Relationships when done right and with aligned people become the gateway to your greatest expansion and highest embodied expression.

They are the portal for magic.

They are the vehicle for success and abundance.

Your life will get a lot smoother and your heart will feel much more ease when you stop expecting relationship things from people you’re not in relationships with.

The right one for you never needs convincing to be with you.

Remember that.

The things you think make you unlovable are the exact things that make you undeniable to the people/relationships that are truly right for you.

But eventually you will have to pivot and move differently if you want something you’ve never had before.

Let yourself have it.

A life lead by flow is a life rich in aliveness, connection, fulfillment and meaning.

You deserve that.
