@BYUFlorida I’d be fine with it still being there if we still had The Backlot Theatre at Studios.
But if they’re only budgeting for one show, I’d prefer to see this updated.
@jake_coasters Splash, GMR, Dinosaur, Mr Toad at WDW, Snow White at WDW, Honey I Shrunk the Kids on both coasts, Muppetvision, Backlot Tour at WDW, Jaws, BTTF, ET in Hollywood.
@P_T_S_342@WaltDisneyWorld TBA is lacking to put it politely.
Runaway Railways would have been a good addition, but never worth losing GMR.
Stitch was horrible.
TT3 better than 2, not sure about TT1.
Frozen feels really shoehorned in for such a popular IP.
Muppets RNR is cheap and won’t last long.
@P_T_S_342@WaltDisneyWorld If Tower of Terror was sent to The Twilight Zone, I’d be questioning the theme of DHS - may as well call it Disney’s Florida Adventure.
It’s an attraction at the peak of imagineering’s capabilities and any replacement is automatically going to be a lesser version of the OG.
@Dr_GrantSeeker@CoasterK24 Yeah, they used to head down for 1-2 weeks depending on pricing. They had 2 kids and staying on site was fair accessible assuming they stayed at All Stars.
Especially when there’s not to Disney presence in Canada, it’s a big ask to have Canadians pay over the odds at the parks.
@Dr_GrantSeeker@CoasterK24 Brutal. Especially with the exchange you have.
I have family up there who used to go to WDW once a year, from about 95 until about 2011. They’ve been once in the last decade now 😭
@GreenCheetah99@ILucasK@FrshBakedDisney@ScottGustin Neither do I!
The rest of the clout chasing, freebie sucking, money grabbing posers can fuck right off.
In the 90s, they would have been telemarketers trying to sell grandmas another magazine subscription, in order to feed their Beanie Baby habit from their parents’ basement.
@Themountainkin1@DuelingParkNews They don’t want to compromise their business at the Florida parks; a lot of their repeat guests and big spenders visit from the U.K.
Although I do agree, they should be building new concepts outside of Florida!
