@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E Ya i agree there is a baggage limit but FYI we don’t weight it before we get out from homes there should be 1-2 kg flexibility! No where in lko delhi mumbai hyd we faced this but Tirupathi @IndiGo6E staffs at checkin luggage are worst! We would not prefer indigo

@IndiGo6E I am a frequent flyer of indigo! In past week my family had booked! This one trip that my family is travelling we have booked nearly thirty tickets of indigo ! We always prefer indigo because of its better services and punctuality! BUT………….

@IndiGo6E But today while travelling to Cochin from Tirupathi via Hyderabad we faced so much issues! We have been travelling with same baggage weight through delhi hyderabad everywhere but the front desk staff at checkin luggage were so rude and misbehaving @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E For an extra luggage of 2 kgs in 3 people they made us open the baggage and remove the things we requested to let us go as we dont have anything to keep our belongings in hands but they were so adamant and rude ! After so much discussion also they made us take it out
