It’s been a busy weekend at RAFAC HQ this weekend! The team have been working through some complex challenges looking at processes and structures ahead of some big updates to come to our digital platforms.

@elly_shipley02 Hi Elly! Any workflow in particular? They should all send an email when you have an action to complete but we are aware of a problem with the cadet photo approval email, that’s being looked in to!

RAFAC Learn, the long awaited replacement learning system for the @aircadets is currently being tested by 10,000 CFAV and cadets to ensure it is ready to release soon. We're seeing some great feedback from users and can't wait to make it available to everyone.

Permanent staff and volunteers from the team have been at @2ftsCamp today to see what goes on! Great to see cadets and volunteers using equipment facilitated by the team and to talk about Bader improvements to support large scale activity.

Great to see the MyRAFAC beta continuing well. The beta is available to nearly 4000 cadets across the ATC with a number of additional wings coming on board this week. Lots of positive engagement and constructive feedback ready for the public launch! @ComdtAC @ACO_RCNORTH

We are aware that the database error for SMS and other web based applications has returned. The team are investigating this now. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

We are currently investigating issues in relation to accessing Bader web applications. This includes SMS, Cadet Portal, Volunteer Portal and Admin Portal. Further updates will be issued as soon as possible.
