Experience is everywhere.
Knowledge is not.
The real challenge is learning from what people experience and making that learning useful to the next person.

The intelligence can be complex.
The communication should not be.
In safety-critical environments, people don't need more jargon.
They need clear information, the right context, and the confidence to make a good decision.
Think deeply. Speak simply.
Build something new while still working.
Don't leave your job simply because you think it will work.
Make the leap when the evidence increasingly shows that it can.
Build. Test. Learn. Validate. Then act.
Sometimes the safest way to take a risk is to earn the evidence first.
Real-world operations are messy. Plans get disrupted, priorities change, and unexpected problems reveal things you didn't know were there. The real skill isn't following the plan perfectlyโit's knowing what matters most when the plan changes. โ

"You can upload your xrays or MRI images to Grok and it will give you a medical diagnosis. I have seen cases where it's actually better than what doctors tell you."
Thereโs some truth to that narrative, but at the end of the day, elite universities hire based on credentials. If a department ends up being 100% Democrat or Republican, whatโs the alternative? We certainly can't start using political checklists to screen applicants.
Question for @Yale.
How do you claim to be about โfree exchange of ideasโ when 83% of faculty are registered democrats, with 15% identify as independent, and roughly 2% are Republicans?
You have a monopoly on political ideology.
