I am humbled and honoured to have been part of Ghana’s delegation to present a resolution on reparative justice at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, USA. The delegation was led by H. E. President John Dramani Mahama, ably supported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon Samuel Ablakwa, some Members of Parliament, and other dignitaries. With the support of 123 countries, Ghana secured the historic adoption of the resolution on reparatory justice. May the souls of our departed victims rest in perfect peace.
The construction of the Apewosika CHPS compound is underway. I donated 100 bags of cement, iron rods, and truckloads of sand and stones to support the project. This is part of efforts aimed at enhancing access to primary healthcare at the community level across our constituency.
Together with the MCE for Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, Hon. George Justice Arthur, we performed the sod cutting ceremony for a 6-unit classroom block at Essuerkyir community.. Special appreciation to the President, the Assembly, Nana Abaka V, and the residents.
The construction of the Obiara Ka Ho Astroturf Park at Pedu will not only create a conducive environment for nurturing our footballing talent, but also reflects my responsibility as your MP to invest in safe, accessible and sustainable sports facilities for our communities.

We gathered in support of our students as we continue to invest in their future. On 7th October 2025, I launched the High School Education Support Program to provide mattresses, chop boxes and trunks to Senior High School students, and delivered the first set of support items to beneficiaries.
Together with the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, we have launched a non-partisan 8-Year Development Plan (2025–2033) to transform Cape Coast into a modern city with improved infrastructure and services. Through this 8-Year Development Plan, we are working to improve tourism, infrastructure, education, health, sanitation and environmental sustainability. We will create jobs, improve living conditions and make Cape Coast a cleaner, safer and more attractive place for residents and visitors.

On Wednesday, 24th September 2025, at the Maximum Security Prison in Cape Coast, I joined the National Youth Authority (NYA) and the Ghana Prisons Service for the graduation of the maiden batch of 5,000 Prison Support Assistants. This forms part of government’s effort through the NYA to reinforce the operations of the Prisons Service across Ghana.
I extend hearty congratulations to all, especially the young men and women from Cape Coast North. Go forth and serve our dear nation with honesty, pride and honour.
