Ryan was born & raised in Hemel Hempstead. He joined the RAF Regt in Oct 2008 & joined II Sqn RAF Regt following basic training. He deployed on Op HERRICK in 2010 & undertook his second tour of Afghanistan, as a badged sniper, in 2012.

Tomorrow night U23s Inter-Services (RAF v Royal Navy) fixture has a change of venue due to the Wealdstone FC pitch being deemed unplayable by the ground staff (standing water).

The match will now take place at Uxbridge FC (UB7 8HX) the kick off time remains 18:30

Onto the final to try & retain our title! Great & talented squad of players and staff continuing to develop & improve. The Astra league gives RAF Branch teams the chance to showcase players at a high standard of football helping to improve participation & standards in the RAF.

Thu 18 Apr saw the Semi-Finals of the Astra League at Oxford City FC. A tight game between Aries FC and RAF Regt FC finished 0-0, RAF Regt FC winning 5-4 on pens. ICARUS FC lost the second game 0-3 to newcomers TG5. The final is at Oxford City on 23 May between RAF Regt FC & TG5.
