If Conservative minded people want to win the next election, it requires some form of unity. It was a courageous move after Reform's attempt at political assassination.

Commentators ripping into Rupert and Restore are playing a losing game. The left (which includes the Conservatives), have put the country on a suicidal path of destruction.

Energy is too expensive, tax is too high, business is too hard, investors are looking elsewhere, the wealthy have been scared away, crime is not punished, immigration is a failure, mediocrity has been rewarded, work has been punished.

These dummys look at Sweden and Norway and say "I want that", but they are too stupid to realise we can't get there from where we are. You have to do what is possible, not what your childish fantasies want.

We need to overturn an endless list of failures from a political elite of mid wits. Now some mid wits want more of this, they think more of the same, more tax, more immigration, more government will fix things. It won't, these people are fundamentally idiots who would not make it in the private sector.

Rupert is 100% right, we need a clear out of these political thickos. You do not build a country on soft ideas.

We need a government of radicals, anti-establishment people of integrity. We need fighters who will rip out the bureaucracy and all its bullshit.

This can happen by uniting the best people in the country on an agreed mandate.

Alternatively, keep fighting and allow the socialists to set us back another century.

@BasilTheGreat It’s got to happen, but coalition and cooperation is the way. I still don’t trust Farage. That’s really sad, but there it is. Today’s politics. More likely to be about money, ego and attention than trustworthy. Voting is a gamble these days.
