On 26th May 2024, the inspiring 3-days #BSF Boot Camp concluded in Suigam, marking the end of a transformative experience for students from #RashtriyaRakshaUniversity @RakshaUni Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The carefully curated programme encompassed invigorating physical training, unarmed combat, and contemplative practice of Yoga, introduction and handling of Weapons, and providing a comprehensive immersion into essential soldierly skills. Obstacle negotiation, point-to-point march, group discussions, and hands-on survival techniques offered practical insights into the demanding life of #Bordermen.

Throughout the camp, students explored the intricacies of border management, with visits to BSF BOP and handling of cutting-edge surveillance equipment.

Sessions overlooking the panoramic view of the Great Rann of Kutch and an exploration of Zero Point's historical significance enhanced their understanding of role of BSF in 1971 Indo-Pak war. #SeemaDarshanNadabet emphasized the diverse attractions surrounding the border and helped to foster a profound connection to the spirit of safeguarding our nation.

The unique exchange between BSF and students culminated in a vibrant closing ceremony. The grand finale celebrated the instilled values of leadership, patriotism, discipline, and essential life skills, echoing the transformative essence of the boot camp. The journey has undoubtedly left an indelible mark, inspiring these young minds to consider a future in the #BSF and other Armed Forces.

In the series of Boot Camps, BSF organised 5th Boot Camp at Suigam/Nadabet for students of Rashtriya Raksha University, from 24 to 26 May 2024.
These Boot Camps were envisioned by DG BSF, in resonance with the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister to make villages Vibrant and to encourage youth to visit border areas.
The Boot Camps give youths insight of a Soldier’s life, give them an opportunity to acquire new skills and educate them about our borders.

On 24th May 2024, the fifth edition of 3 days #BSF Boot Camp commenced at Suigam, Dist Banaskantha, Gujarat for 20 students from Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The programme kicked off with sessions focusing on the organisation and overall functioning of @BSF_India. It also covers other aspects such as introduction to weapons and training activities aimed at giving first hand experience to the participants about border management and life in BSF. This initiative also aspires to inculcate leadership qualities and impart valuable life skills to the participating students. The BSF Boot Camp will empower the youth, nurture future leaders, and contribute towards nation building.

Rashtriya Raksha University has formed a partnership with the Police Department Puducherry, involving the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), an agreement on Affiliation, and the launch of the Mission Karmayogi programme.

An MoU was signed today between Rashtriya Raksha University(RRU) & #AssamRifles in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The MoU was signed by Dr. Bimal N Patel, Vice Chancellor, RRU on behalf of RRU and Lt Gen PC Nair, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, PhD, Director General Assam Rifles signed it on behalf of Assam Rifles. The MoU will accredit the academic & training programme of Assam Rifles and provide certification to various courses. This will facilitate training in undertaking studies, dissertation, doctoral research as per university guidelines and encourage joint research initiatives, faculty exchange and collaborative projects that will benefit both the entities.
