Hi my rest I'd is 170993. I have written several emails and also spoken to POC about Rs18k which has not been credited to our account since 2 months. Have written emails in detail about the same. But none of the emails were responded. Please help.

@SwiggyCares There's no email from the concerned dept. For the past 2 months I have written several emails and theres no response. Its seems there is no swiggy support that's alive.Have spoken twice to POC but there's no action till now. Rs18000 is a lot money to be left there.

Swiggy owes me 18121 rupees due to financial discrepancy. I have been writing emails and tweets since 2 months. There no response to any emails. Could anyone let me know if your restaurant has faced the same situation.

This deductions are being made without our consent. This is the 2nd time we are facing this issue within 24 months. It's hard to believe that you don't have a key person whom we can contact or write to. Let me know what should I do to get the amount refunded

@SwiggyCares I haven't received any call from your team. I have also found discrepancy in accounting also. Please share your accounts in charge email id so that it can be clarified. One of the pay cycles they have calculated 23 orders against 36 orders. This is very serious. Plz respond

@Swiggy Hi any update on this. Its disappointing to note that there is no email or phone call from any of the finance dept or the account manager. What should I expect next. Just a reply saying that we have forwarded the issue to someone else. This way matter can't be resolved.
