This young man from Biaora, M.P, was criticised for claiming to have cleaned parts of a river just in order to gain social media views.
Well, we usually complain that social media rewards the trivial rather than the meaningful
So If a desire for ‘likes’ can become a force for good that’s fine with me…
Bittu Tabahi from Biaora is my #MondayMotivation
@airtelnews Paying ~₹2500/month for Airtel Infinity Family plan and getting call drops + unstable internet daily. Multiple complaints = same scripted response + 15 days timeline. This is not “premium service”, this is negligence. Fix immediately or I escalate to TRAI. @airtelindia
Please don’t respond with generic troubleshooting steps — this is clearly a systemic issue, not a user-side problem.
Looking forward to a response that reflects responsibility, not templated replies.
@airtelnews Dear Airtel Team,
It’s quite impressive how consistently Airtel manages to charge for “premium” services while delivering performance that struggles to meet even basic expectations.
and service integrity.
I expect:
1.A clear explanation of why the service quality has degraded so significantly.
2.Immediate steps to resolve the network and call stability issues.
3.Compensation or adjustment for the period during which services have been substandard.
At this point, it genuinely feels like I’m being billed regularly for services that are either unavailable or barely functional.
If this is the standard Airtel considers acceptable for its “Black” tier customers, then it raises serious questions about accountability
•The experience overall is not just poor — it’s disruptive to daily work and communication.
What’s most concerning is not just the quality, but the gap between what is promised and what is delivered.
Even with a visible 5G signal, the performance is worse than a stable 4G connection — assuming that even works properly.
•Internet speeds are unreliable to the point where basic tasks like opening websites or downloading attachments become frustratingly inconsistent.
Let’s be specific:
•Calls drop repeatedly or break so badly that completing a simple conversation feels like a challenge.
•Your so-called 5G network exists more in advertisements than in real usage.
I am currently subscribed to Airtel Black, covering broadband and multiple mobile connections — which, in theory, should mean seamless connectivity. In reality, it feels like I’m paying for a concept, not an actual service.
@lifelong_online lifelongindia This is getting ridiculous.Technician came on 28 Oct, ordered 2 parts. After weeks, you sent 1 wrong part — the internal plate that already works.
I paid for both parts, got no bill, and you’ve ignored my email since 18 Nov.This is clear negligence
@lifelong_online
Ticket ID 1139029 raised on 21 Oct 25 for foot massager (card broken). Got repeated service promises (21-23/10, 26/10, 27/10, 31/10, 2/11, 4/11) but no technician ever visited.
On 7 Nov, Lifelong admitted no technician available in my area.
@MahindraRise Repeated DPF/engine light issue in my XUV300 Diesel – every 2000–3000 km forced to waste a full day & fuel on regeneration.
This is not customer-friendly technology. Why should owners suffer for a design flaw?
Need a permanent solution + RCCM contact for Faridabad.
@kody_technolab However, despite these positive operational developments, the continued decline in stock value is a matter of concern. We hope that the company’s growing footprint and technological advancements will soon translate into stronger market confidence and improved shareholder returns.
