Louisiana head coach Theo Sliman said: “I have been very fortunate to be around golf all my life, from junior golf, professional, as well as 18 years coaching college golf. The postseason performance thus far by Malan is the best I have seen in all my life. More importantly, Malan’s character surpasses his quality of golf by far.”

Malan Potgieter went bogey-free for 54 holes at NCAA Regionals to qualify for the NCAA Championship individually.

He's now bogey-free through 36 holes at Omni La Costa and stands T2 🤯

The @RaginCajunsGolf senior, who entered the week at 27th on the PGA TOUR University Ranking, is projected to move inside the top 25 and earn a PGA TOUR Americas card.
