First day on Twitter and I caused quite the stir. I understand guns are mentioned in the constitution, but I also understand that we need real change in the U.S. right now. A document written 223 years ago wasn't written with today's problems in mind. Those who created the
@Gutfeldfox It's amazing to me this guy actually thinks he's funny. Also, can we quit pretending that attending a baseball game or flying in a plane are the same as voting? I know that Gutfield understands this, but is just playing dumb. 😒
@prageru A half-truth would be, "America is the land of the free". It is possible to be a patriot and have valid criticism of the country. After all, I would be far more patriotic if our education system did teach us the mistakes of our past so we can be better in the future.
Some Georgia Republican state legislators are removing @CocaCola products from their statehouse offices after the Atlanta-based beverage giant criticized the new elections law. #gapol
We need to change the rhetoric about social-democracies. A hybrid model of government is quite literally what we have already in the U.S., but it is not regulated enough and puts too much power in the hands of the wealthy.
I was having a debate with a Trump-Republican. They called me a socialist and said how what I believe in would turn the U.S. into a third world country. When I explained that I just want people to have healthcare and free college, they became very confused.
@FrankDelfinPupo@prageru It is a double standard. They will say Sweden and Denmark are not socialist, but call the same policy proposals in the U.S. socialist.
@FrankDelfinPupo@prageru To those replying to this tweet that those aren't socialist countries, we understand. However, PragerU and other conservative media like to focus on the consequences of places like Venezuela, even though leftists are fighting for our gov't to be more like Sweden and Denmark.
You know how sometimes people say something ridiculous to get attention, and then have a reasonable explanation? Yeah, this isn't one of those times. #MattWalsh
Gun ownership is a more important right than voting. Voting is not really a human right at all but a privilege that should be reserved for those who are qualified to do it properly. It should be easier to buy a gun than vote. But it isn’t.
@prageru Right? Because so many gay, trans, black, and Muslim people have power in the United States. And millions of people don't listen to straight, white Ben Shapiro. It's pathetic that @benshapiro keeps playing victim. I have some advice for Shapiro. Get over yourself.

constitution understand that times change, hence why they allowed for amendments. I am not out to take all guns. However, it seems really fucking stupid not to make it more difficult for people to get guns. More time means it will be easier to see who is a threat when they have
@SpiderPilot @Kaiserk0n @MattWalshBlog Exactly what my tweet was meant to explain. I made the mistake of assuming people would understand this point without much explanation.
@MattWalshBlog Wow, a lot of people upset about this post. Some people should not be allowed to own a gun, including the individuals who have murdered 18 individuals over the past week. Seems odd that they can have a gun but black people are restricted access to voting.
