@virginmedia I had my details. But there was no option for me to say "I have been charged for phone calls that I haven't made!" So it was useless to me.

I have never been so enraged and appalled by customer service than I have by @virginmedia! It took an hour of trying every option on the automated menu & when you finally get to a human its like they've all been drugged - completely apathetic! And the online chat was even worse!

@SkyUK Smooth moves @SkyUK ! We looked at all sorts of providers when we moved but @virginmedia was already set up with fibre optic so we assumed it would be hassle free. Never assume right........!

@virginmedia I have been charged for phone calls even though I don't have a phone attached to my landline. That seemed to be incomprehensible to the customer service team. We have a technician coming out tomorrow, so we achieved an outcome in the end. Was just rather painful getting there.
