My bank account with Citibank was transferred to Axis bank over 2 years ago and i have had nothing but stress & annoyance dealing with them. The communication is appalling, no debit card or cheque book and the account made dormant. Multiple KYC attempts failed

@AxisBankSupport No you are not on it. I have sent the KYC forms and documents on multiple occasions but the way you deal with NRI’s needs to be looked at. If you need me to invest or simply bank in India, your team needs to sensitive to the difficulties we face.
