Mr fake feminist You’re confusing tradition with forced control. I’m not saying anyone should be forced to dress traditionally. I’m saying a woman who chooses to follow her traditions isn’t automatically being controlled or oppressed.

My own sisters follow these traditions because they genuinely enjoy celebrating them, not because anyone forced them. So why assume every woman who respects tradition is being controlled?

Freedom means having the choice to follow tradition or not. If your definition of freedom only accepts rejecting tradition, then that isn’t freedom it’s another form of pressure.

Respect women’s choices including the choice to respect their culture.

I don’t see how she is more successful than her co-star. If she releases a solo-oriented film and brings the audience to theatres on her own name, then she can truly know how successful she is.

Aamir Khan already said that if you can bring audiences to the theatres, then of course you deserve to be paid more. But you have to know your own market value and prove it with your own films. She didn’t know her worth before, but after finding out how much male actors are paid, she suddenly went, “Wahhh, kya!” So, she’s judging her own success by comparing who she works with, who her co-star is, and how much he gets paid and then claiming that she is more successful than him. Wahhh! That’s one of the funniest jokes I’ve ever heard in my entire life.

This is exactly why I feel some people talk more than they actually prove themselves through their actions. They say they care about the country, but where is the actual contribution? They say they don’t want to marry, but they want to date multiple people. They say they don’t want to take care of their parents, but they still say they love their parents. They say they don’t want to celebrate festivals, but then they happily go to temples. Like… what is this hypocrisy? Who even understands this?
