@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia should amend the laws regarding overbooking passengers as at the end of the end the customer is the one to be sacrificed. There should be a provision where the airlines should be accountable for how they treat passengers who get overbooked in flights.@Officejmscindia

I recently booked my tickets from Delhi to Bangalore on @IndiGo6E. Sadly to my horror I found I was overbooked into the flight and had no chance to fly in that flight that night. I was booked into another flight for the next morning and reached Bangalore safely.

The staff of @IndiGo6E mentioned I will be given compensation for my troubles but in IndiGo vouchers it seems which is very dodgy. I specifically requested for the compensation without a voucher and they're still yet to contact me.(2/2)
