Imagine Alberta was already an independent country.
Now imagine Canada approached us with an offer:
Join our federation.
You will send tens of billions of dollars to Ottawa every year, but you won’t control how that money is spent.
National elections will be decided by voters in other regions.
Your Senate representation wont be equal.
You won’t be able to negotiate your own trade agreements.
You won’t control your own foreign policy.
Major infrastructure projects can be delayed or blocked by politicians and regulators outside Alberta.
Policies that directly affect your economy can be decided by people who don’t work in your industries, don’t live in your communities, and don’t experience the consequences of their decisions.
The constitution won’t guarantee our rights rather it will grant us privileges at the discretion of woke politicians in Ottawa.
Constitutional reform will be so difficult that meaningful change will be impossible.
You will be told this arrangement is permanent.
Would you sign that deal?
Would you vote for it?
That’s the question this meme is asking.
Not whether Canada is good.
Not whether Canadians are good people.
Not whether Alberta has benefited from Confederation in the past.
The question is simple:
If Alberta were already independent today, would you voluntarily choose the arrangement Alberta currently has?
If the answer is no, then you support Alberta Independence.

🇨🇦 Canadian living in the US just dropped a truth bomb that every Canadian needs to hear.
After 32 years under Canada’s system, she moved south and finally experienced what real freedom and affordability feel like.
Her list is brutal:
• Taxes on **everything** — income, spending, gas, groceries, heating, alcohol, even your phone bill. Your money disappears before you even see it.
• Healthcare? “Universal” in name only: years-long waitlists, millions without a family doctor, overflowing ERs. Many Canadians quietly cross the border and **pay privately** for timely care.
• Government now regulates online speech and literally blocked Canadian news links on social media.
• Housing crisis so bad young people are completely locked out of ownership.
• Deep cultural reliance on government to “solve everything” with more programs, more spending, more control.
Her message to Americans: “I get why you’re protective of free speech, limited government, and individual freedom. Once government gets too entangled in your life… it’s very hard to get that freedom back.”
This isn’t some right-wing rant. This is a Canadian who lived it — and chose freedom.
Canada, we need to wake up.

Mark Carney got 30.1% of the vote from eligible voters in Canada
and then he stole a majority. Total power with 30% of the vote.
and hes over here telling Alberta that a 50% + 1 referendum is not good enough to leave Canada.
F'k Mark Carney!
Chief Allan Adam is the lead voice of the First Nations coalition that brought the legal challenge that killed the citizen-led Alberta separation petition. He went on CBC to celebrate the ruling. He called it a "great win for Canada and for democracy."
But here is what CBC didn't ask him about.
Chief Allan receives foreign interference money. The Tides Foundation is a left-wing lobby organization based in San Francisco who wired $55,000 directly to Chief Allan Adam's bank account to oppose the oil sands.
Shortly after receiving that money, Adam flew to Toronto to sit on a stage next to Neil Young to publicly demonize Canada's energy industry.
CBC themselves reported that various American funders contributed an estimated $40 million to Canadian environmental and Indigenous groups with one specific goal.... to landlock Alberta crude by blocking pipeline construction. Researcher Vivian Krauss attributed the cancellation of Northern Gateway, Energy East, Keystone, and Trans Mountain directly to this coordinated American-funded campaign.
Chief Allan Adam was part of that campaign. He gladly took the money. This is real foreign interference in Canada's energy economy. And the same man who took American money to block Canadian prosperity is now the man leading the charge to block Albertans from having a democratic vote on their own future.
Meanwhile he REAPS the benefits of tax payer money from the very same industry profits.
The Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation's own audited financial statements tell a story that Chief Adam did not mention once during his CBC interview.
Combined with existing assets and real estate holdings, the band is sitting on close to $300 million. And the registered population of this band? 1,567 people total. With only 33 people living on reserve.
That works out to roughly $9 million per person on reserve and Canadian taxpayers are still sending them $10 million a year plus a $100 million lump sum payout.
Meanwhile this reserve has no public accounting of money spent since 2021. That's five years of missing financial disclosures. No accountability. No transparency. And the money keeps flowing.
Chief Adam has been doing this for years:
2018 — The National Post reported his complaints were complicating the Liberal review of the Frontier Oil Sands mine. The Alberta government publicly stated his concerns were about money, not environment.
2018 — Despite publicly criticizing fossil fuel developers and hosting anti-oil activists including Leonardo DiCaprio, Adam signed a benefit agreement with Teck after what he described as positive negotiations. His opposition was for sale.
2020 — Adam was stopped by RCMP outside a Fort McMurray casino for an expired license plate, resisted arrest, and publicly accused the officers of "racist" treatment. The RCMP was cleared. No evidence of misconduct was found.
Chief Allan Adam did not vote against Alberta separation. He did not organize Albertans to vote against it. He went to court to make sure Albertans never got to vote on it at all.
Over 300,000 Albertans signed that petition. They followed the law. They used the exact democratic mechanism the Legislature created for them. And a judge threw every one of those signatures in the garbage.
A man taking money from foreign interference organizations who also massively benefits from Alberta prosperity is taking democratic rights away from Albertans.
Yet he thinks this is a "win for democracy."
Canadians you are being scammed in every way possible.

Or the plot twist.
Check out what Trump wants to do to America:
-He wants to search YOUR mail, without a warrant
-He wants to give his inner circle the power to pardon anyone for any violation that isn't criminal
-He wants to turn off all cameras from the public, for any investigations conducted by the other party-
-HE WANTS TO HIDE THINGS FROM THE PUBLIC
-He's freezing out journalists who ask tough questions
-Through negotiations, he was able to secure power to pass ANY law he wants
-He cutting backroom deals with foreign governments and hiding those details from public scrutiny
-He appointed a close friend to be an ambassador
-His close friend, got $2 billion of taxpayer dollars as a loan to grow his company
-He appointed a close friend's spouse to a senior government role
Here's the surprise.
Everything I just listed.
That's not Donald Trump.
It's Mark Carney.
Right here.

Zelenskyy’s military police just opened fire on families fighting for their lives, trying to STOP their own children from being KIDNAPPED off the streets and dragged to the front lines of this meat-grinder war.
Moms and dads risking bullets to save their kids from forced conscription… only to be shot at by the very regime the West keeps funding.

They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots.
When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but four times.
And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy.

#StandOnGuard #StandOnGuardCanada
1 - “Killed the consumer carbon tax. Gone on day one.”
Mostly true, but dressed up like a heroic conquest.
The federal fuel charge was set to zero effective April 1, 2025, and the final carbon rebate went out after that. But that is not the same as “carbon tax is dead” in the broad political sense, because industrial carbon pricing remained in place. So this was a tiny rollback, not some clean philosophical conversion to anti-carbon-tax politics.
2 - “Scrapped the EV mandate. Replaced it with a $5,000 rebate and choice.”
This is classic Ottawa magic: remove one lever, replace it with another, then yell “freedom.” The new EV Affordability Program does offer up to $5,000 incentives, so the claim is broadly grounded. But a taxpayer subsidy is still government steering demand. That is not a clean move from coercion to choice. It is a move from mandate politics to subsidy politics.
3 - “Reversed the capital gains tax hike.”
Fair. The proposed inclusion-rate increase was dropped. But again, this is not a bold new achievement so much as undoing a bad Liberal idea before it did more damage. Credit for reversing a mistake is limited when your side created the mess in the first place.
4 - “Passed the One Canadian Economy Act (C-5) to tear down interprovincial trade barriers.”
Partly true, but oversold. Bill C-5 did pass and created a framework to reduce federal barriers to interprovincial trade and labour mobility. That matters.
But “passed a framework” is not the same as “problem solved.” Even government material makes clear this is a statutory framework and implementation process, not a magic wand that instantly wipes out Canada’s internal trade mess.
5 - “Cut 40,000 federal jobs with a plan to actually shrink government.”
This is where the chest-thumping gets ahead of reality. What exists is a plan in Budget 2025 for very large public-service cuts over several years. That is not the same thing as 40,000 jobs already cut. So the honest wording would be: announced a plan to cut up to 40,000 jobs, not “cut 40,000.” Big difference. Announcements are not outcomes.
6 - “Slashed immigration targets to match housing and infrastructure capacity.”
There was a reduction in immigration targets versus earlier plans. The 2025–2027 plan already projected a drop, and the 2026–2028 plan continued lower levels.
So yes, numbers came down. But calling that a clean Carney-originated masterstroke is too neat. It is better described as a correction after the system was already overloaded.
7 - “Hit NATO’s 2% target with $82B in new defence spending.”
Canada did announce it had reached the NATO 2% benchmark, and the government describes a very large spending ramp-up. But the public official language highlights spending increases and activity levels; the exact “$82B in new spending” line in that tweet is campaign-style packaging, not the cleanest official formulation.
The core truth is: defence spending rose sharply and Canada says it hit 2%. The puffed-up version is the neat, applause-ready number.
8 - “Launched Build Canada Homes + a Major Projects Office fast-tracking 20+ projects.”
Broadly true that both were launched. Build Canada Homes is a real federal agency, and the Major Projects Office is real too.
But again, this is institution creation and process setup, not yet proof of finished homes, lower prices, or completed nation-building projects. Ottawa loves creating offices because an office photographs better than a delayed pipeline or a home that still does not exist.
9 - “26 international trips, China canola tariffs reduced, $97B in foreign investment secured.”
This one is the biggest pile of confetti. The China tariff piece has substance:
China did suspend or reduce tariffs on several Canadian products, including big improvements for canola-related trade. The $97B figure also appears in an official PM news release tied to the Canada Investment Summit.
But “international trips” is not an accomplishment by itself, and “investment commitments” are not the same as money already landed, spent, and producing jobs. This is the oldest trick in politics: book the photo op now, cash the proof later, maybe.
This is not a list of results. It is a list of reversals, announcements, agencies, and future promises. Some of it is real. Much of it is cleanup after Liberal damage.
Canadians do not live in press releases. They live in prices, growth, housing, services, and whether government actually delivers.
🚨🇨🇦 Mark Carney just told the nation that Canada’s ties to the U.S. 🇺🇸 are a "weakness." 🚫
If that’s true, why is 91% of his personal wealth still sitting in U.S. holdings? 🇺🇸
🇺🇸 Why are his kids at U.S. universities?
🇺🇸 Why is Diana Carney still collecting checks from U.S. corporations?
If the U.S. is such a threat to Canada, lead by example: Liquidate. Sell the stocks. 🇺🇸
Bring the kids home. 🏛️
You can’t lecture us on "independence" while your family's future is built on the American economy. 🇺🇸
Pure hypocrisy. 🤔
@MarkJCarney
#CdnPoli #MarkCarney #ConflictOfInterest #Trump #USA #Hypocrisy
A lot of people in these comments are throwing insults for saying Carney wasn't elected.
None of them have pointed out a single fact that's wrong.
So let me be very clear.
I never said it was illegal. I never said that he was the first to become Prime Minister without being an MP.
I said he was “the first Prime Minister in Canadian history to have never been elected to public office”.
And the bigger picture is the part nobody in the comments wants to touch 👇
The Carney government was about to fall.
All three opposition parties — Conservatives, NDP, Bloc — said they'd vote non-confidence.
Conservatives had a 24-point lead 📉
The government was done.
So Trudeau prorogued Parliament. Shut it down. Suspended democracy so the confidence vote couldn't happen.
CBC confirmed it: "the Liberals will avoid a confidence vote."
Then during that suspension, 0.38% of Canadians chose Carney as Liberal leader.
Then Trudeau — the man they had no confidence in — advised the GG to appoint Carney as PM 👑
Same party. Same government. Same Salesman.
You cannot claim he had the confidence of Parliament when they suspended Parliament specifically to avoid testing it.
And since then? He has fooled this country at every turn 👇
📄 Said he'd "axe the tax." Scrapped the one you could see. Kept the hidden one — 7¢/litre. Zero rebates. Industrial carbon tax still climbing to $170/tonne.
📄 Said he'd fix the $390M slush fund. "Replaced" it with a $5B version. Same minister. Bigger budget.
📄 His ethics screen covers 5% of Brookfield. The Ethics Commissioner said under oath his future pay is tied to Brookfield's success.
📄 Said he'd stand up to China. Flew to Beijing. Dropped EV tariffs from 100% to 6.1%. Slave labour imports from Xinjiang grew from $59M to $601M. Canada blocked 2 shipments. The US blocked over 1,000.
📄 Campaigned on 380,000 immigrants. Real number is 765,000+. The UN called the program "a breeding ground for contemporary forms of slavery."
📄 $35.8M in taxpayer money went to companies his wife advises.
📄 Appointed a BlackRock executive to run international trade. BlackRock and Brookfield are co-investors.
📄 5 MPs crossed the floor with no by-elections. 74% of Canadians across ALL parties say that's wrong.
📄 Now he's personally choosing the next Governor General — the person who signs his laws into effect. No vote. No public input.
This is what you're defending.
Read that list again. Slowly.
Then tell me which one is wrong. I'll correct it publicly.
And this is just what fit in one post.
The pinned post on my profile has the full picture. Every thread. Every source. Every dollar traced.
Then come back and tell me why you're still defending him.
Call me what you want. The facts don’t care 🇨🇦
