I am very excited to announce that I will be furthering my academic and athletic career at Rock Valley College! None of this would be possible without the love and support of my family, coaches and teammates. Thank you for everything that you have done. #GoldenEagleBall

Players: Instead of telling teammates to work harder, show them how to work hard. Instead of telling them to have a great attitude, display one. Before you can lead them with your words, you have to lead them with your actions. BE the kind of teammate you want. Lead by example!

[Trent Mongero @CoachMongero]

Strong teams win. A group of individuals don’t. Period.
When you have both, to me, that’s when you have a bunch of dudes who put the needs of team over themselves. It does not mean they think less of themselves. Weed out the “me” guy’s...it’s addition by subtraction. #WEoverME

Congratulations @JaxLindquist! Well earned recognition! @rbacademy1

If your child has goals of playing in college & you want to ensure they WON'T BE recruited, allow them to:
Throw equipment, use negative body language, not hustle, blame others for mistakes, talk back to you & coaches, argue w/ umpires, keep there eyes & ears in the stands, etc.
