@atrocityTCG @xenoyyyyy Stop being disingenuous, Overframes and Grandmaster will carry this set for scalpers and collectors.
If you are an actual player this set is a waste of money, 35$ at MSRP if you get it at that price for 18 cards most of which is not even worth it makes it ass.

Pendelums and Zexal cards are irrelevant, Synchron only saw success in Elfnote and the next core set will completely fade them out of the build which is next month.
Two DM cards, two SP targets, Witch, Ruler and Bifrost are the only meta relevant cards.

If both players start with it then the going first player is always at the advantage since they get the extra shuffle first and can dodge targeting/tier 0 plays going first.

@MetaGamesGX People are definitely making it seem as if this card is not as strong as it actually is. A one for one removal or dodge into targeted effects that turns into a 3 for 1 removal over the course of the game is very powerful.
Plus it can used for degenerate stuff with the revive.
