@O2 I'm gonna make this as a last ditch effort. I have had an ongoing issue with a switch up contact since October and the customer support has been completely useless. 4 complaints and my issue STILL isn't revolved.

...i called the recycle team yesterday and they informed me the collection was addressed incorrectly so instead it went to the returns team. Meaning I will receive NO money meaning now I am paying for a device that I DO NOT even own. I was just told to make a complaint....
