Why no one is cares about this malpractice? Why mobiles are allowed inside cabs?

A locomotive cab is meant for train operations, not content creation.Why are employees making reels from inside the cab, and why are officers silent?
A loco cab isn’t a content creator’s set.

On RHA - PDX section, A very common problem nowadays faces every trains, Gate 55T/SPL GATE SIGNAL in UP & DN due to Late off, detained by 2/3 minutes or more, max time Trains Stop at Gate signals, Check CTRs and Timings for more information @drmsdah @RailMinIndia @EasternRailway
