@tasminlittle Thank you. You made it extra special.
Birthday present for hanging in the loo: my photograph (with signature) of viola virtuoso Lionel Tertis and my 2024 grade 8 certificate in similar frames, so that no-one can help but be drawn to the comparison 😃
Hugely looking forward to my Orkestra gig in TRING, Hertfordshire on Saturday 20th. From the 1812 Overture to Star Wars by way of “Right Said Fred” - it’s gonna be great. Tickets https://t.co/UgDvuGir0H @tringefestival
@lisanandy@DCMS Congratulations. I have scoured your wiki page, Twitter, feed, and Facebook for any evidence that you are interested in either culture or sport and can’t find it. These are areas to which people devote their lives out of passion. I hope you will be passionate about them too.

1. On April 1st I organised and performed an April Fool’s Day concert at Cadogan Hall. Over two hours of classical music-comedy entertainment to raise money for Help Musicians. The music consisted of comedy arrangements that I had either written or commissioned for orchestra
In amongst all the doom and gloom, I’m going to cheer myself up by going to this concert @cadoganhall in aid of @HelpMusicians - if @rainerhersch can’t put a smile on my face then no one can. And, let’s face it, #musicians need all the help they can get right now.
Thanks to everyone that attended Saturday's April Fool's Gala, and to @RainerHersch for creating such a fun event to raise funds for Help Musicians. @DameEvelyn, @zebsoanes, @EarlOkin, James Oldfield and all the performers were brilliant, it was a great evening.
Well that was a wonderfully BONKERS night on stage with @rainerhersch and @DameEvelyn at the @cadoganhall in aid of @HelpMusicians — an orchestrated Shipping Forecast (in which I got very wet) and The History Of Music (in 5 minutes!) Lovely to be supported by @tasminlittle too 🙏
