My debt collector, Ambrose Pemberton. He is a total bastard, and he loves it. Purposefully put a hand in the frame to force myself to practice. Very, very happy with the shading. Possibly my best ever piece.

Marrion again, in full colour. It was wonderful fun drawing a pretty night's sky. Very proud of my anatomy in this one.

After a significant break, I put down the drawpad. I spent much more time on all the pieces I drew this year - this sketch of my hunter, Marrion, took me a solid five or six hours. I threw in the towel when it came to the arms, as you can clearly see ... happy with the shading.

Merrick Calwyn. This time around I went for a more square "graphic novel" style. I had a lot of fun drawing someone so grumpy. more hairline trouble!

Sick of drawing hands, I did some portraits. Here is one of Garran's best friend; Sergeant Karl "Horse" Jervaise. One of my best pieces of 2025, though looking back I wish I'd found a better way to fade his hair into his skin. My shading work was improving.

@BlackRubus_ @SirHedgehogg Your work is brilliant - it didn’t deserve this! I don’t understand why anyone would take such a beautifully detailed and vibrant work of art and feed it into a machine. All the AI has done is strip out any sense of style, imagination and originality. What a weird thing to do!
