I'm a generalist, in that I generally know which expert can alleviate your problem. If you are kind I can usually help you convince the expert to fix your problem, however I can also do the opposite.

It would be best that we focus on being productive within our own work spheres and consider collaboration only when it will meet a specific work objective and has a plan that supports independence.
