Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing (DIKSHA) is the Nation’s One Nation, One Digital platform for providing quality e-content for school education in States/UTs along with QR coded Energised Textbooks (ETBs) for all grades. DIKSHA, a declared Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) also enables synchronous and asynchronous learning, structured teacher training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for teachers through certified online courses, assessments and monitor progress.

On 15th May 2026, an MoU was signed in the presence of Shri @sanjayjavin, Secretary, DoSEL between the Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSEL), Ministry of Education, Government of India and the State of West Bengal represented by Dheeraj Sahu, Additional Secretary and Binod Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, respectively, to implement #PMSHRI Schools initiative across West Bengal.
Aligned with the vision of #NEP2020, this initiative focuses on transforming existing schools into model institutions of excellence. These schools will serve as exemplar schools, guiding and supporting other nearby schools to enhance learning outcomes, innovation and holistic education.

CBSE has introduced a student-friendly refund provision under the new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system for Class 12 Board Examinations.
Students whose marks increase after re-evaluation will receive a full refund, reinforcing transparency, fairness and accountability in the evaluation process. With faster timelines and a more efficient digital evaluation system, OSM is helping make assessment practices more responsive and student-centric.
