Raising 3 boys in real time.
Some days I lead well.
Some days I fall short.
But I show up.
Trying to raise kids who are confident,
respectful,
and hard to break.
The kind of kids the world needs more of.
Not from what I say…
from what they see.
That’s the goal.
Raising Legends.
Happy Father’s Day.
One day they’ll stop asking you to play.
They won’t need help putting on their shoes.
They won’t ask to sit on your shoulders.
They won’t come running into your room first thing in the morning.
But today they do.
So get on the floor.
Play the game.
Listen to the story.
Take the picture.
One day you’d give anything to have today back.
Happy Father’s Day, dads.
One minute I’m telling my 3 year old to put the bingo box away before the pieces end up everywhere.
The next minute we’re sitting on the bathroom floor playing.
Then we’re laying on the floor staring at the ceiling.
My mind is racing with work, bills, the future, and everything I need to do.
His mind is thinking one thing:
“I’m with Dad.”
Sometimes that’s all they want.
Death isn’t what scares me.
Not having enough time with my boys does.
Time to teach them.
Time to prepare them.
Time to watch them grow.
I’d miss them more than words could explain.
@Payin_Attntion7@BreannaMorello “Burdened” is a weird way to describe existing near children in public. Yes, parents should teach manners. But toddlers are still learning how to be humans not tiny adults trained to never make a sound in public.
@nypost Good. Just don’t walk into a family restaurant expecting a five star date night experience because you can’t afford the places that already cater to that.
