After a long day of training, Leo was exhausted. Master Splinter had really put boys through the wringer today.

Mikey, Don, and Raph headed to grab some pizza while Leo lingered on the rooftop to meditate.

“Anyways, what brings you around the sewers, Angel?”

[𝐋𝐄𝐎. @RaiseSomeShell]

Leo’s bro raises under his mask.

“I see. Angel, well, nice to meet you. I’m Leonardo.”

He took a moment, studying her actions. If he wasn’t mistaken, she had more to her than she was letting on. For some odd reason, he felt the need to be a bit on guard.

“And hey, who you +

Leo set down the whetstone and dried off his blade with a swift chop through the air. He kept the sword in hand, just as a precaution.

“To be able to track a scent all the way down here, that’s pretty impressive. Mind sharing what exactly you’re looking for.”

He didn’t need to say anymore.

Leo stacked a plate high with a little bit of everything and started inhaling as much of the delicious cooking he could.

He paused to take a breath.

“Man! You weren’t playing around. This stuff is amazing!

Hey, have you ever heard of pizza?”

[𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐋𝐄𝐆 @BlackLegOfSanji]

Sanji smiled and was clearly pleased by Leo’s compliment.

“Heh.Of course I did. Cooking is more than just a job to me…it’s my pride”

He watched Leo enjoy the melon, then gave a small nod.

“Seeing someone appreciate good food like that makes all the effort worth it. So eat up”

There was an earnestness behind his voice that wasn’t there before. It’s been a long journey for the turtle, and good food has been hard to come by.

“You made all this yourself?” He asks between bites of some melon. “It’s really impressive.”

[𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐋𝐄𝐆 @BlackLegOfSanji]

Sanji chuckled. Waving off the concern with a hand.

“Money? Forget about it. A hungry guest doesn’t pay for their meal here.”

He slid the plate of fruit a little closer to Leo.

“Go on…dig in. Besides…a chef’s happiest when someone actually enjoys his cooking.”

@Sensational_Ben + they’re just trying to distract us. Any chance you can clear a path to that hole they’re digging?”

@CigarandClaws “Not that I mind the company,” He states, turning to face the man.

“But who are you exactly? We don’t get too many visitors down here in the lair.”

[Sensational Spider-Man @Sensational_Ben]

@RaiseSomeShell He caught the battle, was that…a turtle fighting? Didn’t matter now, he jumped in and knocked out one of the foot soldiers with a punch.

“Need some help? Well you’re getting it!”

Ben had now joined the fight against the foot, whether he was welcomed or not.
