Totally unacceptable! Punjab Govt claims 300 units of free electricity, but I have received an unreasonable electricity bill for my own flat which has been lying completely vacant. Where is the promised 300 units free electricity?

I am a serving ITBP soldier and cannot visit offices repeatedly due to my official duties. Despite multiple complaints (112815064, 112949100, 113349952) and written representations, nobody has provided a solution or even a satisfactory reply.

I have all the supporting documents. I now seek a personal meeting with Hon’ble CM Punjab to present this matter. I demand a high-level inquiry and strict action against every official found responsible for negligence.

Is this how a soldier serving the nation is treated?

Respected Sir, the promise of 300 units of free electricity per month has still not been properly implemented on the ground. I am attaching the electricity bill of my property, where nobody is currently residing. If such a high bill is being charged for an unoccupied property, imagine how much higher it could be if someone starts living there. I had submitted a letter to the concerned authorities requesting the construction of an ambulance road up to my house, which is situated only about 500 metres from the existing road. However, the concerned department has incorrectly mentioned the distance as 900 metres and has also asked me to obtain NOCs from the landowners, which is practically not feasible.

I, therefore, humbly request your kind intervention in this matter and urge you to direct the concerned authorities to resolve the issue and ensure the construction of the ambulance road at the earliest. I am serving in the Armed Forces and often remain away from home due to my official duties. My elderly parents live at home and may require emergency ambulance services at any time. The absence of proper road connectivity could seriously affect their access to timely medical assistance.
