Practically and logically this can be one of the most absurd thought that one can even think of.

If a doctor feels there is even a 10% risk of death, he would be reluctant in treating the patient.
Most of the critical illnesses would not be addressed willingly right away.

Yes, social media influencers, actors and politicians can do anything to attract followers, to attract crowd and to attract a vote bank. Let's hope no such proposal comes up in reality.
