I used @Swiggy Genie feature for the first time and had to face a serious consequence. Being a leading tech company, they do not gave a OTP mechanish from the receivers end to adhere the safe delivery of the parcel.

@Swiggy The item was worth 6k and Swiggy says now that you are responsible for this. Why launch this feature itself? They are saying that they will refund 1000 rupees.
Such a pathetic experience, will never use Swigggy again and ask everyone I know to refrain from it.

I would request everyone not to use this feature, as it is not safe. I have wasted a lot of time due to this. So much back and forth and still there is no conclusion. This is a very serious issue and looks like @Swiggy does not care about their customers.

They promised yesterday that they would ask the delivery guy to reach the location and ask him to retreive the package. But there was no such attempt made by @Swiggy. They simply said we are not able to contact that person.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares For genie order id 145164724679020, the rcver did not get the parcel, it was marked delivered wrongly without even calling the sender or reciever. An image is attached with the delivery with no justification. It was 6k worth electronic item. Resolve this ASAP

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares I left my watch at my brother’s house and asked him to get it sent to me by swiggy genie. The item is yet not delivered but showing as delivered. Please look into this or I will report it as a theft issue. order id - 145164724679020. Seriously pathetic!
