@HRSofficersAsso Sir, समस्या केवल पंचकूला मुख्यालय तक सीमित नहीं है। तहसील स्तर पर भी नए पटवारियों के साथ बिल क्लर्कों का व्यवहार ठीक नहीं है। बार-बार कहने के बावजूद बिल क्लर्क समय पर वेतन बिल ही नहीं बना रहे। यह बेह��� दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

@yashpalmurar Today, the IT team removed the Mutation, Badar and Jamabandi Edit options from the Patwari login. What are they trying to prove by doing this? This will not solve the issue. You cannot challenge a person’s dignity and professional credibility like this.

@yashpalmurar Sir, we all stand with you, but please consider 3 things: ensure portals work properly with clear accountability for technical issues; increase the 20m DCS range, as it is not practically feasible; and ensure timely salaries. These are basic needs for smooth digitalization.

@yashpalmurar Sir, if Girdawari is scheduled 20–25 days before harvest, DCS on shorter crops would be easier, allowing every Khasra number to be surveyed accurately from close range. If crop damage occurs later, a re-survey is already required, so there is no added difficulty.

@yashpalmurar Sir, under the Rabi 2026 pilot in March–April, we already conducted DCS within 20m. The range should now be increased. If 20m DCS is mandatory, Rabi 2027 would be better, as Rabi crops are shorter, making surveys easier and reducing the risk of snake encounters.

@yashpalmurar New Patwaris are 100% ready and capable of working in a digital Revenue system. With the tools/resources the Department provides, things can improve further. But we must consider existing Patwaris and the challenges of DCS surveys within 20m. Sir, please find a way forward.

@yashpalmurar Sir, do you think it was right to digitalize the Haryana Revenue Department so rapidly? Could this not have been done step by step? A phased approach would have reduced the impact, allowed issues to be addressed gradually, and helped the department adapt better.

@yashpalmurar Respected Sir, ground reality may not be reaching you. Coming from South Haryana, you know how tall Bajra and Guar crops are now. Not every farmer maintains clear field boundaries. During DCS Girdawari, entering crops within 20 metres poses serious risks, including snakes.

DLR के स्पष्ट आदेशों के बावजूद कई जिलों में नए पटवारियों को अब तक सर्किल नहीं दिए गए और न ही वेतन व्यवस्था सुधारी गई।यदि अधिकारी आदेशों का पालन ही न करें, तो क्या यह आदेशों की अवहेलना नहीं? क्या अनुशासन और जवाबदेही सिर्फ़ छोटे कर���मचारियों के लिए ही है?@swag_haryana
