What a service from Swiggy, just amazing. The delivery agent, the cs agent. Waah.
I ordered my food at 10:50 pm. The delivery agent reached there & nothing after that. The app kept saying 13 min to delivery & it never changed. I contacted Swiggy support, the agent was stupid.

I asked for a manager and all the agent could say was busy.... Looks like every other customer want a supervisor as these agents are incompetent.
Just refunding isn't enough. As a company, you are responsible for your stupid actions. I need a resolution for this.

Air India counter for checkin is so slow at Delhi airport. The staff is busy talking to each other, having their Gala time while passengers are waiting in the line. I have been standing at the same place for 20 min now. This is Counter H. @airindia @DelhiAirport

As a consumer, why should I deal with this shit?. What wrong did I do?. I brought to their notice and I was told nothing can be done and I should loose the money I paid?.
I won't let these frauds get away with this. I am hereby taking legal action through consumer court.

I called them today for the 3rd time & everytime the rep says it will take 48 hours. It's been 7 days & still not cancelled. No supervisor to talk to in their call center. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER SUFFER?. Should a customer beg for his own money? It's humiliation. No one responds.

ACT fibernet is an absolute Scam. I requested for a connection & sales team was very quick to take money but their service is pathetic. 6 people call for 1 installation & no one comes. I asked for refund on 17th & still getting calls for installation.

Is this how you operate?. Scamming people because you can getaway with anything. I am trying to connect to your customer support from an hour and you have smartly made it impossible. I am attaching The pictures of order & what we received screenshots.
