Stack: Hermes Agent → Syncthing + Obsidian + GitHub. Fully private, version controlled, delivers to my phone. Total setup: 1 day. Best thing I've built this year.

I gave my old OptiPlex a job. Every morning it plans my day, ingests news + AI/ML papers, takes study notes, and generates content ideas....all on a cron DAG. 6 daily jobs, 40 learning goals, zero cloud, zero effort after setup.
