The most life-changing developer tooling I’ve used in the last 10 years is TanStack DB.
It’s a work of art.
So few devs have used it — and until you do, you won’t understand why it’s life-changing. Server sync and local-first data? Solved.
Have you used it?

We’re entering the golden age of b2b SaaS because of the latest advances in Ai.
There is a need for 5-10x the number of b2b SaaS products in the market. But due to the extremely high cost to develop, launch, and sell software we’ve been left with so few successful products.

@mhmazur I’m no expert but I’m assuming you want to add some terms to account for liabilities that could arise on a 10 year term. So the customer agrees to be okay with some of the issues that could come up. But maybe it just doesn’t matter that much, worst case you pay them back?
@mhmazur Typically it’s 1 standard user agreement / contract that gets used for everyone (terms & conditions). So it makes sense to have one since it’s used by all users. I’m assuming your situation fits based on the price point, that you would need a number of users.
I just heard someone blaring Eminem down in some stream bed hiking trail. I went to take a look at the scene and it was some guy rigorously playing spoons to the beat.
