@greateranglia just got on 2158 from Stratford to Southend Central. Are all the toilets on the train out of action? I’m pretty desperate.

@greateranglia thanks for reply. What staff should be here? as far as I’m aware there’s only a driver. I’ve been up and down the train and can’t find anyone. Going to Billericay and toilets normally closed at this time. Sorry but I’m quite a pickle here.

@greateranglia hey, we just parked in Billericay station car park and then when we walked out the entrances were barriered off with signs saying car park closed but no info on why or when it will be open again. Are we going to be able to get our car out again in a few hours?
