According to Dispatch, the Seongdong Police have decided not to refer Kim Soo-hyun for prosecution on allegations of violating South Korea’s Child Welfare Act after completing their investigation.

Police specifically investigated whether Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with Kim Sae-ron while she was under 18 and whether he had committed any sexual abuse.
