@SwigyInstamart @SwiggyCares paying no heed to customer's complaints. It's almost one month and am awaiting my refund of 5k. follow-ups are yielding no results from the Swiggy Care team.

@SwiggyInstamart It has been so long (15) days and the refund is awaited. Please appreciate that Rs. 5k is a good amount of money for a homemaker and you have blocked that amount without delivering the groceries. I don't understand what fun is there in doing so. Please refund my money immediately

Not a good response from @SwiggyInstamart as a refund of Rs. 4978 pending since 11 September 2024. Same assurance from customer care that refund is underprocess. Pls help.
