@AnthemBCBS Thank you so much for your reply. Forgive me for not having much confidence in getting a quick and personal response from that email address. But, an email has been sent. I look forward to a correspondence.
@AnthemBCBS it is my job to protect patients from being denied by their insurance. It is not my job to defend a patient who has an outrageous bill at the fault of a lab not requesting a PA, but I'm doing it. I need to know there is someone this man can talk to that won't lie.
@Razor5Hole I will donate $100 to the charity of your choice if I can get a Razor shout out for my husband's birthday present. His name is Andrew and he's my own personal color commentator, 2nd only to you as my favorite (gotta work on that vocab). Go Stars!
@dariusrucker
My girls are off from school in Feb so we're taking a trip and I choose Charleston! Google has helped me find a lot of "cool" (nerdy) stuff to do, but can I bug you for tips? Hidden gems, great food, neat shopping, local faves, etc? Your input would be invaluable!
@BlueCrossMN Hey guys. It's been a long time since I've had to put BCBS on blast, but again, you've literally created an impassable block and I'm not going to give up on this patient. I will magically get a response. Lest we disappoint the people.
Thank you @BCBSTX and the lovely lady once again π. Progress! But still... had already been on hold for several minutes after being transferred twice... there's got to be an easier way! Or can you at least explain the process? Why it has to be this way?
I still never received an answer to my initial point and closing question: why is it so impossible to call the regular number and get what is needed? The other contact we had has not answered or responded to our calls. Again, pts are left waiting. @BCBSTX
OK so the guy I'm talking to now is berating me for bring upset at this ridiculous process. So... customer disservice. And we're not even the costumer, we're doing this to help them.
