@HubPointless (Though I must say, even as shlocky as Godzilla gets in the Showa era, Ishiro Honda always tried to give more meaning to his Godzilla films than you get in Jurassic World flick)
@HubPointless The comments of this post made me realize Jurassic Park is the closest equivalent America has to their own Godzilla. First movie is about the hubris of man and our inability to control nature, and masses think "DUH DINO MOVIE" and it descends into shlock.
@HubPointless Of all the times they use unnecessary CG for animals, this is one where it calls for CG.
I'm not a Scooby fan, never understood it, but you can't just replace him with a regular-ass dog.
One year, some day, I'll learn my lesson and skip the PC Games Show.
I will break out of this abusive relationship where they think they're funny and then don't even have any announcements worth suffering through their awful skits for.
@Rurikhan The only one of those things you just mentioned that I enjoy is pizza. If they're dunking pizza in Kool-Aid, flay them alive. If they're dunking pineapple in Kool-Aid, I am apathetic.
@CapcomUSA_ Capcom, please, release a second demo that contains gameplay from later in the game that shows it's not really gonna be this easy the whole time, OR, make Hard Mode available at launch. I enjoyed it well enough, but I didn't love it, and I know others were bored by the demo.
By which I mean, Onimusha and Control Resonant have a limited audience each and Silent Hill Townfall is easily coming in third place. So the only real competition is whether you get Onimusha or Control Resonant.
Aside from Phantom Blade getting pushed, realistically, Wolverine is the biggest name but most limited platform. No PS5, may as well not exist. Blood of Dawnwalker is probably the biggest game here.
It's the 24th and 25th that's the real competition.
September...
9/3: Blood of Dawnwalker
9/8: Phantom Blade 0
9/15: Wolverine
9/24: Silent Hill Townfall
9/24: Control Resonant
9/25: Onimusha Way of the Sword

Wolverine looked mid until this "gameplay" segment.
They named the gelatinous cube Frank.
This is definitely the writing team rejects of Santa Monica who cut their teeth on fan-fiction[dot]net and never read a book outside the Young Adult section.
God of War Laufey is the next mainline chapter in Santa Monica Studio's series.

@Bucky_cm Geoff is a rare true professional in the industry. Look up when AngryJoe tried to get him with a bunch of "gotcha" questions only for Geoff to handle them cool as a cucumber. I likely don't agree with a lot of his opinions, but I agree with his passion and professionalism.
@Archivist_YT@Rurikhan Which is why those kinds of movie polls are absolutely worthless outside of marketing purposes. They get those opinions to slap on an ad and create peer pressure, not determine whether the film is good or not. Your comparison proves more about you than it does about me.
