@Malcoreio I'm usually up around 5am every day including weekends. Maybe it takes practice. Then again I've always been an early riser so perhaps it is also genetics. It's 6:30pm now and I am still not tired yet
@ItsEmilyKaty Pretty often. So many things I could do I then worry I won't have enough time to do the other things I want to do and can lead to me doing nothing out of stress.
@ItsEmilyKaty Another potential overlooked part of this is I know a number of autistic friends who can drive who help transport their autistic friends (those too anxious to learn to drive themselves and go on public transport) to places. That will be another accessibility for them <-21 lost.
Join me as I continue to read the Wheel of Time: New Spring. I give my thoughts on the third chapter as I learn more about the Aes Sedai, Moiraine, and Siuan - and also the Dragon Reborn. https://t.co/hJZt6srZhE

Well #SuperTuesday is over and #NikkiHaley has dropped of the race effectively but not yet officially making #DonaldTrump the 2024 GOP nominee for President. But now what? https://t.co/m9LIBfi1uD
I look into the races to come for Super Tuesday tomorrow - most look like Trump wins but there are a few possibilities for a surprise Haley win in a few of the races - although each is a long shot. #SuperTuesday#alabama#massachusetts#texas#colorado https://t.co/ENnHhNzXOG
I talk about the #NevadaPrimary and the #nevadacaucus yes they held both... read my latest blogpost to find out why and what to expect for the caucus tomorrow and beyond. #NikkiHaley#DonaldTrump https://t.co/VTFrslq5E5
@ItsEmilyKaty I set up a Threads which also means I set up an Instagram for the first time but I only did it so I can write a blog post about Threads. I will be using both for now but ultimately I'd say Pinterest is the best for my blog at the moment.
Either way it's dumb and the limit should be removed. It's not like it even fixes the issue it intends to fix. Does Twitter no longer have effective change management? And if not I cannot imagine what it's cybersecurity game looks like. Competitors are laughing right now.
Already seem to have #RateLimitExceeded within 5 minutes of logging on. If that's the case for 1,000 reads then 10,000 reads would still last like 50 minutes at most. It could possibly be an issue with tweets pre-loading when you click a trend that it instantly reaches limit.
Not only are you forcing active users into looking for alternatives when they reach the limit - which they will even if premium - but this will also severely damage advertisement for both Twitter and other companies.
Usually when such a poor decision like this is introduced on any half-sane platform (it does happen) it will end up getting reversed within a couple days. If that is not the case of this by Monday then it beggars belief.
I do not usually speak out on such things as this. There have been many things I have disagreed with on here since Musk took over. But this latest move is beyond insanity, whether you pay for premium or not.
