🚨 URGENT SAFETY HAZARD! The open median gap at Bairamalguda (opp Indian Oil pump) at the flyover exit is a major accident waiting to happen. Vehicles exiting the flyover have zero reaction time for sudden U-turns. Requesting immediate intervention before a fatal crash occurs.
