As you may know, I am personally involved as a lawyer and independent researcher, in gathering evidence against the illegitimate regime’s agents in Canada.
There IS an active war against the local Canadian population by regime agents who engage in intimidation, threats, violence and deception, to stifle freedom of expression, change the Canadian way of life, while making Canada unsafe.
In 1958, Martin Luther King Jr defined peace as not the absence of TENSION, but existence of justice. This is a remarkable quote and shows that many people define peace superficially. The fake, superficial peace movement calls for a cessation of strikes to relieve tension even if it leads to a renormalization of daily oppression and violence in Iran and the region!
In the specific circumstances at hand, we can say with certainty that true peace is regime change; we can even define regime change as the 1st step towards JUSTICE.
We have so many, DIVERSE democracy activists, including hundreds of political prisoners with strong followings. Pessimistic analyses neglect the masses of Iranians in the street, and the rich political culture of the Iranian people, and how THEY factor into any political transition.
“As many as 30,000 people have been killed in the streets of Iran on Jan. 8 and 9 alone, two senior officials of the country’s Ministry of Health told TIME—indicating a dramatic surge in the death toll. So many people were slaughtered by Iranian security forces on that Thursday and Friday, it overwhelmed the state’s capacity to dispose of the dead. Stocks of body bags were exhausted, the officials said, and eighteen-wheel semi- trailers replaced ambulances… The Health Ministry’s two-day figure roughly aligns with a count gathered by physicians and first responders, and also shared with TIME.”
And here is what Payam Akhavan, an independent international law expert and verified NON-ZIONIST says that forms the basis of the 30,000 and above toll estimate...

Imagine if during World War II FIFA banned the flag of Germany but allowed the flag of Nazi Germany: the Swastika.
That's exactly what's happening TODAY with FIFA banning Iran's Lion and Sun flag.

@Ilhan@RepRashida So you’re supporting colonial Iran and acting like an imperialist by dictating to us Lebanese what to do. You are neglecting the free choice of our elected president and cabinet and imposing your choice on us. I’m Lebanese i am telling you: It’s non of your business
You are not doing Trita Parsi justice by describing him only as a Soros-funded Quincy Institute guy.
In February, he and the organization he founded, NIAC, were mentioned BY NAME on IRGC-run Iranian state TV as the "lobbyist arm of the regime in America."
WATCH:
Mark Carney appointed a committee to fight antisemitism that includes:
* a Muslim extremist who lobbied to legalize Hamas & Hezbollah and who celebrated a Holocaust denier
* a terrorist supporter who sued the U of Alberta to keep the Hamas encampment open, to humiliate Jews
@KatKanada_TM@nutfree_ Ayatollah CBC along with other media are directly responsible for keeping the theocracy in power, and for the massacres, the executions...
I was interviewed for this well researched and well written article on the “sluggish process for deporting Iranian officials” from Canada. Unfortunately none of my comments about the situation being the result of eleven years of Liberal government lax policies in allowing these regime officials into Canada are included, but I still find it worth reading as it is revealing of the problem 🇨🇦 now has to grapple with, without much success.
The article describes an IRB hearing for Abbas Omidi, one of 34 officials identified by the Canada Border Services Agency as candidates for removal under the federal ban. Omidi worked in minimg for IR as a geologist. Note that mining industry is almost completely run by IRGC (my comment not from the article)
Some excerpts from the article:
Since the designation, the CBSA has received more than 450 tips about possible senior Iranian officials in Canada. As of May 1, the agency was investigating or seeking to deport 90 people, including the 34 it has deemed inadmissible.
But so far, only one senior official has actually been removed from Canada: Majid Iranmanesh, who served as director-general for Iran’s vice-president of science and technology. Seven others have left voluntarily.
A key challenge in such cases is that Canada’s immigration law doesn’t specify who qualifies as a senior public servant or military officer. Instead, adjudicators at the Immigration and Refugee Board have come to rely on the “top-half test,” according to which anyone found to have held a position in the upper 50 per cent of an organization’s hierarchy can be deemed senior.
At issue (at Abbas Omidi’s hearing) was not his loyalty to the repressive Iranian regime, his employer for nearly 27 years.
Instead, the back and forth was rather more mundane. In an effort to determine whether the Canadian government should consider Mr. Omidi a “senior” member of the Iranian regime, …
During a 25-minute exchange, mediated by a Farsi interpreter, they debated whether Mr. Omidi was two rungs below the deputy minister or four. They did not reach a consensus
The CBSA began building its case against Mr. Omidi soon after Ottawa designated Iran a regime “that has engaged in terrorism and systematic and gross human-rights violations” in November, 2022

The advocacy group Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals believes Canada is not moving fast enough to deport regime members, in part because the definition of a senior official is too ambiguous. The group would like specific job titles to be deemed senior automatically.
Mojdeh Shahriari, a Vancouver-based refugee lawyer who fled to Canada from Iran in 1986, suggested going a step further and banning all Iranian government officials from the country, regardless of seniority. “I don’t know how else we are going to tackle this problem,” she said. “This process will go on for years and years for every individual case.”

I grew up a feminist in Iran (obviously!) and I’m watching the same group that made me believe they cared about my rights ignore my people’s misery cause they got brainwashed by their kaffiya wearing friends who call Iranians the bad guys for deciding to fight back against Islamist colonialism and cultural erasure.
As the barbaric atrocities of Iran's brutal regime continue, we must never forget those who have fought for their freedoms in the midst of oppression, torture, violence and murder.
The silence of the British government is shameful. They should have proscribed the IRGC for their atrocities and because the IRGC is a state sponsored terrorist threat to the U.K.

The numbers have been explained already and are based on the convergence from two independent sources on body counts, first senior health officials, second the doctors tallying the dead from each city. Since your denial of this is the basis of your opposition to regime change, then you are agreeing with regime change if the numbers are true, right? See your weak logic? And now you support the gunners hiding in masks, on rooftops, cowards hiding their identities that shoot directly into crowds?
Thank you @DrNeilStone for exposing this supporter of mass murder to us.

The Left will become more frenetic, petulant, passive-aggressive, tyrannical, & frankly antisocial as they lose control of both the narrative & political power. We are witnessing this unfold more rapidly now. It will only accelerate through the summer months.
@foxandfriends We former Democrats are among the most vociferous opponents to today's Democrat party. We saw it from the inside and understand how deeply, deeply, disturbed and dangerous they are.
Our exposé on the democracies that betrayed the Iranian people by rewarding the IRGC regime right after it massacred thousands is sparking outrage in parliaments worldwide. Bravo to 🇨🇦 Deputy Leader of Opposition Melissa Lantsman for standing up for justice, human rights & truth.
Don’t use fringe attacks to dismiss the core issue! No one needs to invent anything to expose how your actions are shielding the terrorist regime in Iran. People are simply trying to understand why you do this.
Whether there are allegations that you are directly tied to the regime or not, it does not change the core fact that your humanitarian standard shifts when it comes to protecting the dictatorship regime in Iran.
As you wrote below, you knew meaningful action through military intervention is necessary against brutal regimes. That is why your opposite politics on Iran now look deeply suspicious!

It’s funny, we sound like opposites. I hated Trump, never voted for him, thought he was a psycho. But he is the first president in 47 years actually listening to the PEOPLE of Iran and not the regime.
I’m an American-Iranian, born in Iran but a citizen of the US. Been here since I was 2. Never in my entire life have I felt more seen by a President than with Trump. It’s unbelievable to actually type that. Total mind F honestly, my whole world flipped upside down after the January 2026 massacre of the PEOPLE by the regime.
We wanted US intervention after that. No matter how anti-war, anti-Trump, or free-Palestine were before, totally gone. 90% of us knew that intervention was the only way.
My people need help. We have tried for 47 years to overthrow them ourselves with blood while the world looked away. “It’s not our problem?” they said. “How does that affect me?”, “But our gas prices are surging!” They said.
The regime banks on you feeling this way btw. Their propaganda emphasizes your preexisting feelings. Your distraught and anger over Gaza. The Epstein files. It’s all fuel for them to increase hate and division in this country and distract from their demonic crimes. Just scroll my feed for 5 minutes and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
I had to flee my beautiful and beloved homeland just to have basic human rights. The US gave that to me. I am now so protective of this country that saved me and allowed me to experience freedom, and HELL if I’ll loose two countries in one lifetime! Please, do not fall for the regieme propaganda. Listen to real Iranians inside and outside Iran that are NOT affiliated with the regieme to get the truth.
